With over 20 years of hands-on microfinance, banking and telecom business experience in the emerging markets leading geographically dispersed, multi-cultural team of professionals to convert business needs & customer insights into a life-changing brand experience. Prior to founding Bridge, he worked as chief commercial officer for FINCA.

He spent 13 years in banking & microfinance industry initiating and leading change, driving results and innovating amid a rapidly evolving digital landscape. He launched agency& mobile banking, digital field automation, credit scoring. He possesses a high degree of commercial acumen and is particularly skilled at re-engineering business processes and practices to reduce costs, improve efficiency and increase profits.

Passionate about aligning strategic business goals and IT capabilities, Halifa brings in 15+ years international experience in IT management and leadership while working for companies such as Nokia, Intel, HCL, Microsoft and KONE.
